The exterior walls and planseele are covered from inside with gypsum cardboard plates on the metallic structure, primary and secondary of mineral wool insulation of 5 cm thickness to clients choice, are plastered and painted in white or another color at customer choice

Sandstone plates and faience, type and color at choice of client, fitted impeccably smooth with lute, in sanitary group until the heel height of the door to ceiling, or to client choice.

• the pipeline of hot and cold water pipes are made of polypropylene, is mounted at ground floor with distribution in columns, drawn by digging;
• sewage pipes are of polypropylene pipes, with end pieces which removed above the roof;
• sanitary groups are equipped with floor of chiffon ;
• connection for washing machine, sink at garage, thermic central.

• toilet with tank mounted on the vessel WC, and lavatory with porcelain foot, in white MONDIAL type;
